I have been suffering for the last few years with a dema which would cause JT legs to swell and also my right ankle which would swell and looking like an elephants foot. this caused me a lot of pain and great difficulty to walk. A friend suggested that I should try lymphatic drainage massage and so I contacted Pamela. After one treatment my legs and ankle felt so much better. I have now had 3 treatments and the swelling has virtually disappeared and I am almost pain free. Pamela is a lovely lady and her healing room is calm and warm and full of healing energy. Pamela also looks at the problem from a holistic point of view and suggests various methods for the patient to treat and help themselves. She knows exactly where your problem areas are, what is needed to release tension and how to deeply relax you. 5 stars I had a full body massage today and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Pamela was able to make me relax, knew the right pressure points and which muscles were tight. She focused on the right areas and seemed to know which level of pressure to use at different points. I have never felt so relaxed following a massage, but also my tight muscles were loosened up. I contacted Pamela as having problems with my neck, hip and foot. Pamela listened to all my problems and started massaging from my feet upwards, some painful points but no pain no gain as the saying goes! The massage lasted 1 1/2 hours and I woke the next day to find my foot feeling slightly better, no pain in my hip today and I can move my head to the right with no stiffness. Definitely will return for more treatment as would love to be pain free in my foot.read more
